The Uzbek "Loli Nosh" is a cloth food or bread cover. This one must have been used by a very special family as the dark background cloth is a very finely woven velvet instead of the more commonly used cotton or linen fabric. The orange-toned silk Suzani stitch-work combines with the velvet to give this piece a very rich and regal look.
