Reina Istanbul

Along with Laila this is the hottest club in Istanbul - if not the whole of Turkey. It's less of a club though than a vast entertainment emporium that includes several bars, restaurants and dance floors that can accommodate more than 2500 people. Cosy.
Packed with Turkish celebs, models, millionaires and media players, the restaurants run the gamut from Italian to Sushi to more traditional local fare: try Kosebasi for kebabs, Ninja Sushi for Japanese or Brasserie D'oeuf for French. To avoid confusion, drinks prices are the same at all the venues, and the vast main dance space spinning Eastern and European club sounds is never far away. Located at the foot of the European side of the Bosphorus Bridge, the "world under one roof" concept is in many ways a metaphor for multicultural Turkey. "A passport to the European Union" is the philosophy of creator Mehmet Koçarslan and we reckon he achieves just that.

One of the hottest clubs in Turkey, Reina is actually a vast playground filled with bars, restaurants and dance floors that can welcome up to 2500 people. Supposedly, the name 'Reina' was inspired by a 'very cute' 3-year-old girl. It is located at the foot of the European side with a magnificent view of the Bosphorus Bridge. High-fliers, millionaires, celebrities and media moguls mix and mingle under one roof. The place has recently been renovated right down to the toilets. No expense has been spared with the air-conditioning system working to remove all the cigarette smoke so that guests can breathe easy and party hard. The restaurants run the gamut from Italian to Sushi to more traditional local fare: try Köþebaþý for kebabs, Ninja Sushi for Japanese or Brasserie D'oeuf for French.

If you like these sorts of places, you will like Reina. Even if you are not, you can feel rich, cool, and sophisticated at least until you get the bill - then you are poor! It is also easy to you get tired of standing around looking at the cool people. I guess this is just not my sort of place. However, I live in Istanbul and have been there several times with visitors who just love it. Some really do. The food is really quite good as well.

The view, atmosphere, music - can't tell you how amazed I was when we stepped in. Make a reservation though so you do not have problems on the door. You have to have money, all Turks are paying in dollars, and do not forget to visit Cristal at the end of the night when you leave Reina - a superb electronic/underground club!

Was at Reina last August with my friends from all over the world. I should say getting in isn't very easy, but we didn't have any problem. Place is just amazing. Atmosphere, people (Turkish are so glamorous) and food. We had an awesome time till 4am. Then went back for one more night. If you go to Istanbul, even if just one night, go to Reina.

Everyone must see this club! There's no more to say, the girls are amazing, I have never thoguht that Turkish girls are that beautiful, and the boys are looking so cool too. The view makes you drunk before your drink and the music is fabulous! Also the Turkish songs were amazingly and unbelievebly good. Fill your purse wth cash, wear the best designer clothes, open a bottle and just enjoy the atmosphere here, trust me!
