Europe's Longest Aerial Tramway Constructed In Kemer

Turkish and Swiss companies constructed the Tahtali Aerial Tramway, Europe's longest cable car, in Kemer town of Mediterranean city of Antalya.

The tramway uniquely combines two classical holiday destinations, the sea and the mountains. Mount Tahtali, at 2,365 meters above sea level, is situated in Antalya, an attractive and rapidly growing tourist area.

With a length of 4,350 meters, the Tahtali aerial tramway is the longest cableway in Europe, and the second longest worldwide.

The cable car climbs the mountain in 9 minutes 30 seconds and offers 360 degrees of panoramic view, so tourists will be able to escalate to Mount Tahtali's snowy summit in a few minutes after sunbathing at the seaside.
